Have you gone to traditional talk therapy and found little to no relief?

Have you felt rushed in the 50-minute therapy hour?

Have you been disappointed that you don't feel as good as you'd hoped after months or years in therapy?

There are many roads to healing and you may not have found the right one for you.

Yet.

I have designed my practice with options that may help.

I am trained in EMDR, a music-based therapy, use of mandalas and other interventions which invite a more efficient and impactful way to get where you want to be.

I offer 90-minute ongoing sessions and short-term 3-hour intensive sessions. both of which allow for a less-hurried, fuller therapy experience.

I have more than two decades of experience and training in how to move past the effects of trauma.

What can I help you with?

I provide treatment for:
  • PTSD
  • Anxiety
  • Dissociation
  • Attachment wounds
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Depression
Examples of traumatic experiences:
  • Single incident-car accident, traumatic birth experience, witnessing a traumatic event, surgery/medical procedure, sexual assault
  • Multiple or prolonged experiences-sexual, physical and/or emotional abuse, religious/spiritual trauma, a combination of single incident events throughout your life
  • Relational-a parent who didn't meet your needs, growing up in a dysfunctional home, current relationship challenges

Being a human involves amazing and challenging experiences. If you want to heal, grow and thrive therapy may be helpful. It's often not an easy process, but I believe everyone has the capacity to experience more ease in their life.

If this is something you would like to move towards, I can support you in this process.

In Japan, broken objects are often repaired with gold.
The flaw is seen as a unique piece of the object's history,
 adding to it's beauty.
