I am currently in network with Optima and Medicare Part B. I am out of network with all other insurance plans. **NOTE: Due to insurance regulations, I am unable to offer sessions longer than 60 minutes to clients who have an insurance I am a provider for. If this is the case, please inquire about my availability of 60-minute sessions.
If you have out of network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse a portion of the cost of therapy. I automatically submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement; however please note that I am not involved with the process after submission. It is best to check with your plan directly to verify your coverage prior to starting services to avoid surprises.
This is a valid question that needs to be considered when starting this process as therapy is a commitment of time, emotional and financial resources. There is no way to know if therapy will give the relief one is seeking. Much goes into this equation. I believe we all can benefit from trained support and if treatment is the right fit much can be gained. Possible benefits:
Simply having space to express yourself without judgement or expectations
Better understanding thinking and behavioral patterns that both bring you joy and distress
Heal and grow from challenges
Learn to view yourself as a human who is worthy and capable
Improve relationships you value, end those that no longer serve you
Go deeper into the root of challenges to heal them in a way that you no longer have to white knuckle through life
The following article discusses ways the investment of precious resources may be worth it for you.
